Introducing Mchezi Hill, a natural process coffee from the Kasungu district of Malawi, now served as filter at our shops and available to take home from the retail shelf or online.
Mchezi Hill estate is a 360ha farm in Kasungu, central Malawi, which also produces macadamia nuts.
The estate prides themselves on attention to detail, high quality standards, and providing the local community with training and support to help operate the farm.
The ripe coffee cherries are patio dried in the sun for 15-20 days, continuously raked whilst taking into account the direction of the sunlight to ensure consistent drying.
