With a cup score of 85.5, our Columbia, Popayán, ensures a decaf coffee without compromising on taste and quality. No decaf doesn’t have to mean no fun.

Each individual has a unique sensitivity to caffeine. While some of us can drink multiple cups a day and not feel even the slightest bit jittery, others have to adopt mindful consumption for various reasons. This can be due to a whole range of reasons including health conditions, pregnancy, sleep sensitivity, genetics or just personal choices and habits. Still packed with all the goodness of regular coffee, you won’t miss out on the impressive health benefits if you decide to ditch the caffeine.

The coffee is brought from selected farms in the Popayán region where it is milled, before being transported to Caldas to be decaffeinated. The process is unique; the caffeine is extracted from the bean using water and sugarcane. This also enhances the sweetness, while maintaining coffee attributes.
