Product Information
Bruno Antonio Franco, and father Marcos, are the proud owners of Inhame farm, located in Campos Altos, Brazil, which has has been in the family for over 50 years.
Bruno is the 5th generation of his family to farm this land and he is also a representative of CAPECA (Cooperativa Agropecuária de Campos Altos), a small cooperative that assists with coffee exportation.
Inhame farm is UTZ certified, the workers are paid at least minimum wage, and they must have access to education, safe drinking water and healthcare.
At 95% ripeness the cherries are picked and dried in the sun with frequent agitation to ensure even drying.
