This coffee comes as a result of working closely with Bruno and his father Marcos along with Algrano.
Product Information
Bruno Antonio Franco, and father Marcos, are the proud owners of Fazenda Inhame farm, located in Campos Altos, Brazil. The farm has been in their family for over 50 years.
Bruno is the 5th generation of his family to farm this land. He is also a representative of CAPECA (Cooperativa Agropecuária de Campos Altos), a small cooperative that assists with coffee exportation.
Fazenda Inhame is UTZ certified, the workers are paid at least minimum wage, and they must have access to education, safe drinking water and healthcare.
At 95% ripeness the cherries are picked and dried in the sun with frequent agitation to ensure even drying.
This coffee will come as whole beans.

This coffee is roasted for espresso. We recommend 18g of dry weight in, 34-36g of wet weight out, with an extraction time of 26s.
