Looking for our Brazil?

After four years with Fazenda Inhame, we’ve stopped buying our Brazil. We tasted this year’s harvest against what it was going to cost, and it didn’t stack up.

In its place is Aquiares Estate, Entre Rios, from Diego Robelo in Costa Rica, who we’ve bought from every year since 2021. We found it while cupping lots from Aquiares we’d never tried before, looking for the right replacement. It drinks so much like a good Brazil that we had to double-check where it came from.

Same roast, same job: chocolatey, round and forgiving, and at its best in milk.
