We were drawn to this coffee due to the support that the Regional Selects program provides to the coffee farmers.

 

Product Information

High elevation, prominence of good varieties, and a quality-focused movement among smallholder growers are found throughout the region of Cajamarca, Peru.

A lack of Government agency has meant that farmers often rely on the technical support, assistance, loans and seeds provided by coffee exporters and co-operatives, such as that provided by the Regional Selects program that this coffee was purchased through.
