Guatemala is renowned for its high volcanoes, tropical rainforests and rich mayan culture. This coffee is harvested by the FEDECOCAGUA cooperative, with seventy percent of its members coming from indigenous groups from various regions throughout Guatemala, such as Huehuetenango, Cobán, Verapaces, Retalhuleu, San Marcos and Zacapa.
This coffee is decaffeinated through the Swiss Water process – an organic, 100% chemical-free method.
