The department of Quindio sits within the rural Paisa region of Colombia. As with most Colombian coffees, El Eden is the result of multiple coffee lots picked by ten local smallholder farmers and families, collated at the dry mill facility owned and managed by Hernan Israel Ocendo Usman.
This coffee is decaffeinated through the Swiss Water process – an organic, 100% chemical-free method to preserve the delicate notes that this coffee has to offer, without the caffeine.
